WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality and durability of our shipping, storage containers and trailers. We are pleased to offer a warranty to provide you with peace of mind regarding your purchase. Please read the following warranty details carefully:
Limited Warranty Coverage:
- Container Quality: Au Containers warrants that your container will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
- Customization Work: We provide a warranty on the quality of customization services performed by our team. This includes modifications such as insulation, flooring, electrical work, and structural alterations.
Warranty Period:
- Container Sales and Rentals: New and certified-used containers purchased from Au Containers are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 Months from the date of delivery.
- Customization Services: Customization services are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 Months from the date of completion.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear associated with the use of containers is not covered by this warranty.
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of nature is not covered.
Warranty Claims:
If you believe your container or customization work is covered by this warranty due to a defect or quality issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team promptly to report the issue. Provide detailed information about the problem, including photos if possible.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the reported issue and determine whether it is covered under our warranty policy.
- Resolution: If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
